WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer Express shipping for a fixed fee on all orders.
Once your order is packaged, and picked up for delivery, you will receive an email.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard and Worldwide Express shipping is valid on international orders.
FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please review the following information about customs process: Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
• Product category and price
• Shipping costs and package weight
• Customs clearance channel
• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes/APO/FPO Addresses.
Not all shipping methods are available for all delivery locations.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. MADDWOO d/b/a Madd Woo AB reserves the right to cancel orders to destinations we do not serve due to logistical, legal, or security constraints.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the designated shipping carrier, MADDWOO d/b/a Madd Woo AB responsibility for the shipment ceases. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. While we are committed to assisting you in tracking your order, MADDWOO does not assume liability for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or other external parties. Delivery timelines provided on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, regional carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. For international customers, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be levied by your local government upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are solely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order. Information regarding shipment status and delays is made available to MADDWOO at the sole discretion of the logistics provider. We will pass along relevant updates when possible but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or interventions once the package is in transit. By purchasing any item from the MADDWOO store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS?
We have a thirty (30) day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping is to be covered by MADDWOO.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. In addition, items that have been damaged beyond repair and/or visibly worn items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items are on sale or purchased via gift card or voucher cannot be returned.
Please note that the issuance of a refund is not guaranteed upon the return of a purchased item. All returned products are subject to inspection by MADDWOO. A refund will only be processed if the item meets our stated return criteria, including but not limited to being visibly unworn, repairability, and the inclusion of all original packaging and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline a refund if, upon receipt, the returned item is deemed to be in a condition unsuitable for resale or repair. In such cases, MADDWOO will retain custody of the item, and no refund will be issued. You will be notified of our decision by email. By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to this evaluation process and the terms outlined herein.
